Our commitment

At Aldeoki Carpets (ALDEOKI, S.L., with tax ID B31797962 and registered office at Polígono Industrial Egüés, calle T, nave 14, 31486 Egüés (Navarra), España) we want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of their abilities, the device they use or the way they browse.

We believe that good design is also accessible design. That is why we work to make our content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust, and we review the website on an ongoing basis to keep improving it.

Level of conformance

Our goal is for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the international reference standard for digital accessibility.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Although we follow these guidelines as our reference, the website may currently be partially conformant, which means that most content meets level AA but some elements may not yet fully comply. We continue to identify and fix issues progressively.

Measures taken

To support accessibility, we have built the following measures, among others, into the design and development of the website:

• Semantic HTML: we use meaningful elements (headings, lists, links, buttons) so that the structure can be understood by assistive technologies such as screen readers.
• Keyboard navigation: interactive elements can be used without a mouse, by navigating with the keyboard.
• Visible focus: the element that currently has focus is clearly highlighted so you always know where you are.
• Careful contrast: we pay attention to the contrast between text and background to make reading easier.
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences: we honour the system prefers-reduced-motion setting, so animations are reduced or disabled for those who prefer it.
• Alternative text on images: we provide alternative descriptions for images that carry relevant content.
• Heading structure: we organise content with a logical, ordered hierarchy of headings.

Known limitations

We want to be honest about the current state of the website. At this time we are aware of the following limitations:

• Content is under continuous review, so there may be areas that do not yet fully reach level AA.
